This charming familiy apartment for 3 persons ( 2 adults + 1 child ) is located on the 1. floor of Villa Romana with a beautiful view on the city and port of Vrsar. Apartment Kata consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining area. There's an exit from the living room to a balcony where you can enjoy in a beautiful view of the sea and the city promenade. The apartment has one air conditioned bedroom and bathroom with shower. The apartment is located 50 meter from the sea and promenade in Vrsar , in a very quiet zone but still very close to the sea and beaches. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several restaurants, bars and pizzerias. There are 2 privat parking spaces in front of the property which is included in rental price. A first beach is located 300 meters from the Villa Romana Apartments. Next to the beach there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, sandy beach volleyball and other sports and recreation.

Fantastic Flat

A beautiful, modern flat with a wonderful balcony and handy utilities like roller shutters, a drying rack and a pressing iron. After some difficulties with the Check-in, which were swiftly solved by telephoning the agency, everything went smoothly.We had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay here.

Traumhafte Wohnung in Spitzenlage

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und noch viel schöner. Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Blick zum Hafen, der ohne Baum noch schöner wäre, aber man kann ja nicht alles haben. Liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren perfekt und auf die Heizung im Bad konnten wir, obwohl vorhanden, gut verzichten. Man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten im Zentrum, hat die Wahl unzähliger Lokale und auch zum einkaufen kann man locker zu Fuß laufen. Die Marina erreicht man in einigen Minuten und die Stadtstrände auf der bewaldeten Halbinsel kann man auch mit kompletten Badegepäck bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Interessant zu wissen ist, dass die Kaffeemaschine von DeLonghi ist und man passende Kapseln in Deutschland besorgen sollte, da wir die nirgendwo finden konnten und Kaffeekochen zu einem kleinen Abenteuer wurde. Perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder
