It has 3 rooms, all of them with views of the Congress Palace. It is newly renovated and equipped, with new and modern furniture.
The entire apartment enjoys excellent natural lighting thanks to its unbeatable orientation with unobstructed views.
2* full bathrooms and large kitchen open to the living room, highlighting 3 different spaces where you can enjoy a family meal, a romantic dinner or moments of relaxation.
Each room and living room has a state-of-the-art (IA) TV, where you can enjoy (as long as the guest has a subscription) exclusive content from platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Rakuten, etc. The 3 rooms have a ceiling fan and the living room with air conditioning / heating.
The kitchen has a large and new equipment: washer / dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer and utensils necessary for cooking.
Some Coffee capsules are included as a courtesy.

I welcome you to my apartment in a privileged location in the city of Elche, any place of interest that you wish to visit (Huerto del Cura, Básilica de Santa María, events in the Conference Center, Grand Theater, the Palm Tree Museum, the Glorieta , the best restaurants in the city etc) you have it just a few steps away. It has been recently completely renovated with great enthusiasm to offer quality service, hoping that each guest who stays feels at home and makes the most of their stay.

Magnifique appartement

Que dire de cet appartement...il est juste magnifique ...complètement refait à neuf avec une décoration de très bon goût . Cet appartement est idéalement placé près du centre ville et de toutes les commodités et surtout il est très fonctionnel avec ses deux jolies salles de bain et ses chambres spacieuses . Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec des propriétaires très gentils et à l’écoute de leurs locataires . Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Corto pero gran viaje

El apartamento es fabuloso. No le falta ningún detalle, todo es prácticamente nuevo. La ubicación excelente, puedes ir andando a todos los sitios históricos de Elche. Hay un supermercado enfrente y muchas terrazas alrededor para disfrutar de la ciudad. Los anfitriones muy muy amables. Nos han facilitado la estancia en todo momento. Volveremos sin duda. Lo recomiendo cien por cien
