We were moved from the original property which was a little disappointing but the cottage was lovely and suited our needs. We had a lovely time.

Falls Advertising

The property and location was beautiful however the listing clearly stated there was a private swimming pool which wasn’t the case when we arrived, we we advised there were whirlpool jets on the hot tub instead. We paid extra for the pool which they didn’t have. Wendy was very welcoming and polite on arrival, I personally believe Keith showed poor customer service skills. We were unable to adjust the heating to our liking as this was all controlled by the host, we were cold at times and hot when we went to bed, again we had no control over this. The accommodation is beautiful as well as the view . Thanks Adrian
