Lovely place, everything we wanted it to be. Helpful email received shortly after booking including directions which made it very easy to find. Easy check in, friendly hosts, the hut had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, hot tub was great with fabulous views.
Anne Marie and John welcomed us with complimentary wine, fresh eggs, and a wood-fired hot tub! The views are breathtaking and we loved the country walk down to the pebble beach, with its Incredibly old, beautiful trees. I had the amazing opportunity to witness a hawk courtship dance in the sky above the Bluebell Hut. The hut is small but amazingly well outfitted and comfortable!
A very nice quiet place to stay. The hut is well thought out with every thing one needs. The hot tub starts or ends the day perfectly with a good views of the surroundings. The owners are lovely only ask if any thing is needed. The two dogs are nice and friendly.
Taking a drive to the local rugged sand dune and beeches was so much better than the usual commercial ones.
Thank you for great get away.
Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Can't wait to return! Anne-Marie and John are warm and welcoming hosts and we felt honoured to be the first guests to stay.
The Shepherd's Hut has been beautifully furnished and is well equipped. Lots of tlc in wanting guests to have the best experience.
Check out the mood lighting!
Bed is so comfortable and during the day can be folded into the back wall to give two benches and a table. This is in addition to the wooden dining table.
Outside is a low table with a comfy attached chair either side and a fire bowl to the
Front l!! Aaahhh
The view of Mount Snowdon from the garden is breathtaking and forever changing . This same view from the hot tub is ..... out of this world!
Smudge the dog is scrumptious and the whole surrounding gardens are lovingly created and tended by Anne-Marie.
It is 3rd June and the surrounding meadows are abundantly enriched by hedgerow wild flowers. Our walk to the Menai Straits from the Shepherds Hut was relaxed and enjoyable.
.there is a well stocked farm shop just up the road .
THANK YOU AGAIN Anne-Marie and John we will return. xxx
Arrived at the Bluebell Hut much later than expected but still greeted by the owner and a much needed bottle of wine ( much appreciated) the shepherds hut was lovely nicely decorated with excellent facilities, the views were amazing , it was closer to the farm house than we expected but this didn’t effect our stay.
The hot tub was a bonus especially when we’d been out all day walking - the area had some amazing places to visit and we’d definitely return .
Thankyou Anne Marie and John
