We had an awesome stay at the Seldova House. We had great communication with the owner and knew exactly what to expect. No issues at all with check in and check out. The place itself was exactly what we expected it to be. The location was close to town but far enough away to feel like we were secluded as well. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends.

Nice spot! Needs more comfortable seating. Unfortunate the guest that had the top floor were quite quite loud.. They had a couple of boys that were romping around and loud. The property itself was nice. The house was nice.

This property is nice but it is the lower unit and there is a risk of noisy upstairs neighbors. It has a nice view and is very close to Seward. It has a comfy bed and a pullout couch. Everything was in good working order and was clean.

We had the downstairs apartment. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with most cooking utensils. Beautiful view from the porch. There was chairs on the patio to sit in. Upstairs there was an outdoor fire pit if you wanted to build a fire. I felt safe and comfortable there. It was about 6-7 minutes to town. It was easy to get to and to find. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Seward Getaway!

We were in town for a few days fishing and getting ready for a wedding! The place was absolutely perfect! The hosts have thought of everything you need for a relaxing place just minutes from the Seward waterfront! We will absolutely look to stay here again on our next visit!

Great place in Seward!

We loved our stay at the Seldovia house! It had everything we could possibly need (including bear spray!). Quiet neighborhood but close to Seward. We would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was exactly as described, clean, convenient, and absolutely beautiful views of the mountains. Host respected privacy but always available iif needed.

Great stay!

This was my husband and I's first time visiting Alaska. Not only was this house affordable, it was clean and had all of the amenities that we would need as well. It was a great location - just outside of Seward but still quiet in the evenings. Shirley and her husbands were great hosts. 100% would come back!

Thoughtfully done, and squeaky clean!

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Seldovia House, just a few minutes outside of Seward. The decor is charming, the bed comfortable, and the shower delightful! Many thoughtful touches, as well as a pretty view, made it a great place for us to stay.
