We’re Marko and Petar, your hosts! Friendly, experienced, and always happy to help. We both speak English, and Petar also speaks Norwegian and Italian, and Marko Slovenian.
Free public parking is available nearby. Please note that it operates on a first come, first served basis.
The apartment is just 250 meters from Žnjan Beach, which is upgraded and completed. Additionally, you can enjoy other beautiful public beaches nearby, like the Radisson Blu beach—all just a short walk or drive away.
Please note that our apartment is located in a developing part of the city. Guests staying before June 15th may occasionally experience some noise, as regular construction work is permitted during this period by city regulations. In most cases, you are unlikely to be affected — and our reviews reflect that. However, it's good to be aware. Some specially permitted projects may continue throughout the year.
Thank you for your understanding!
Getting to the center is simple—just 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic. There’s also a bus stop right outside, with bus 15 taking you directly to the city center. Nearby, you’ll also find a three supermarkets, drugstore, and ATMs.
