Here you have the opportunity to experience 150 m2 of pure Morten Korch idyll in the countryside in a small village. The cottage is a low-ceilinged half-timbered house from 1799, where the owner last renovated parts of the house in 2013. The house has a living room of 40 m2 and a separate kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms: one with double bed, one with 3 single beds and one with sofa bed and 2 single beds on the loft. There is a terrace in the courtyard and in the garden. In this 2-length property you can really experience the buzz of the times. The associated closed and secluded natural plot is no less than 1,800 m2, so there is room to frolic. The house is located in the small town of Karlby and just 2 km away is Karlby Klint, with ideal fishing water, and approx. 1 km from village with shopping. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
