Bright cottage located in quiet surroundings on a beautiful plot close to the Lagoon and with a short distance to shopping in Hou, restaurants and the beautiful beach. The cottage furnished with separate entrance, bathroom with shower, open kitchen in connection with bright living room with direct access to west-facing wooden terrace and two bedrooms, both with double beds. Furthermore, there is a nice bright annex also with double bed. In addition, in addition to the annex, there is a room with garden furniture for those days when the weather is not possible to sit in the open air. The annex is connected to the house via wooden terraces all the way. The house is located on a 1781 m2 large plot with plenty of space for play and games. On the plot are also a greenhouse, fireplace and shelter. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
