In the heart of the seaside resort of Seccagrande, a spacious, fully furnished and equipped apartment located in the “Le Terrazze” residence on the Gagarin Promenade: a very central location with easy access to pubs, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, a supermarket, and a pharmacy.
Right across from the apartment is a sandy beach (with facilities and free access), and nearby are beaches with pebbles or rocks! The apartment is well-furnished and fully equipped (plates, kitchenware, hair dryer, washing machine, and a bucket for washing laundry, a drying rack, clothes pegs, and even sheets and blankets). Plus, thanks to its spacious, inviting terrace, you can sunbathe and dine outdoors while enjoying a unique view of the sea! Thanks to its location, it’s very convenient for grocery shopping: there’s a supermarket at the end of the Lungomare open from June through September (inclusive), easily accessible on foot, plus a couple of mini-markets and butcher shops that are also open only during the summer, there’s also, right in Seccagrande, a bakery that bakes fresh bread every day and various street vendors who pass along the promenade daily, from whom you can buy fruit, vegetables, and fresh fish. Every Thursday, there’s also the weekly market up in the town of Ribera. As for local establishments (bars, pubs, ice cream shops, pizzerias, and restaurants), these are also open almost exclusively in the summer and are all concentrated along the Lungomare—so practically right on your doorstep! At the same time, if you love peace and quiet, just take a short walk to discover very quiet and almost secluded little beaches where you can enjoy total relaxation!

The apartment, measuring approximately 80 square metres, is located on the middle floor of the “Le Terrazze” residence. It is fully furnished and, specifically, the interior layout is as follows: entryway, separate kitchenette, living room, hallway, two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet, shower), and a 25-square-meter covered terrace c.ca from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea.
