This single-storey cottage rests in Kingsbridge and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and induction hob, large fridge freezer,microwave, Miele washing machine and separate tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Enclosed rear patio garden with furniture. Parking for one car approximately 50 yards from the property via steps (however this is not an allocated space and is on a first come first served basis). Sorry, no pets. Strictly No Smoking. Shop and pub 0.3 miles.

On the fringes of the South Devon AONB, which also forms part of the South Devon Heritage Coast, explore this stunning area and see an abundance of wildlife by embarking on a river excursion to Salcombe. Visitors can take a walk along the Kingsbridge Quay, wander through the narrow alleys off Fore Street. Around the South Hams area there are picturesque ports, such as Dartmouth and Salcombe, together with sandy beaches at Blackpool Sands near Stoke Fleming and the two sandy beaches at Thurlestone.
