Ferienwohnung mit hervorragendem Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, weil wie beschrieben es einen Blick auf das Meer und den Strand gibt. Als positiv zu bewerten ist auch der Fahrstuhl im Haus, man muss nicht das Gepäck oder die Einkäufe vom Auto in die Wohnung tragen. Wer Entspannung sucht kann ausgiebige Strandsparziergänge unternehmen oder einfach nur am Strand die Sonne und das Meer genießen. Der Ort Palaves-les-Floats bietet aber auch einige Events. Luna Park / eine Arena für unterschiedliche Veranstaltungen / ein Drehrestaurant im umgebauten Wasserturm.

Schitterend appartement. Modern ingericht, schitterend uitzicht frontaal op zee. Strand op 25 meter. Goed onderhouden. Afstand tot stadje lopend erg goed te doen. Eigenaars erg aardig en behulpzaam. Alleen wifi werkte niet ondanks vele inspanningen van de eigenaar. Kortom een aanrader. Winkels vlakbij en niet super toeristisch.

Sa situation est parfaite : du 4ème étage on bénéficie d'une superbe vue sur la mer par la grande baie vitrée et le balcon .Plage et allée piétonne jusqu'à Pavalas au pied de l'immeuble . Autres points positifs : commerces à proximité immédiate , place de parking , ascenseur . Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité . Nous y reviendrons aussitôt que possible . A recommander sans hésitation .
