Very clean, charming and cosy, well located. the owner is very comprehensive.
Just an intermittent problem with hot water in the shower that should be fixed.
We had 3 nights in Edinburgh and needed a little decompression time. The Chic little flat helped us accomplish that. Super kitchen and well stocked- loved both the little fridge and the separate little freezer - plenty of space (I was able to make ice for my Aperol Spritz!); extremely comfortable bed and linens; very efficient bathroom with nice hot shower. Walking to the old town was easy- but we were far enough away that Stockbridge was like a world away from the densly touristed old town and Royal Mile. Stockbridge is charming and has everything you might need. Lastly, we spent one day walking the Water of Leith and going out to the Village of Dean and the art museums - this was a fabulous and scenic day and the flat is a stone's throw from accessing the trail. We would book again in a heartbeat.
The property was very nice. Unfortunately I had an issue with the hot water for the shower and I felt dismissed. When I messaged the landlord he said that there's a limited amount of hot water...well duh. I told him that I just turned the water on, stepped in the shower, wet my face and the water went cold. I only told him because it when cold so quickly. I tried several times in the span of 45 minutes to see if it would come back on. The only response I received was the first one sent stating that there's limited hot water due to the size of the boiler. Whether or not he sent someone while I was out, I dont know. As I stated did not receive another response. Other than that the place was awesome. Location was great, close proximity to my daughter's flat overall a great experience.

It was very comfortable. The location and amenities are excellent for travelers.
I met only one problem: drivers could not see the apartment's address because it's number was below street level and not visible from the car. Please include this information into facility description.
Flat is ideally positioned for all you need ie restaurants, shops, bars, easy access to city attractions etc. We were going to rugby and had a lovely walk along the Water of Leith to Murrayfield (only 30 mins). Noks kitchen (Thai restaurant) is definitely worth booking. Only slight issue was getting keys out of lock box. But apart from that everything was great!
Very well placed location, easy access to shops and cafes. Also good for walks along the river with the dog.
The property is comfortable and cosy with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
