We want you to feel relaxed in our apartment. Self catering may be the safest way to take your holidays during the Covid-19 crisis because you have the entire place to yourselves. While none of us can know the exact risk, here are the steps we’re taking to protect you from infection:

We already operate a keybox system which means that you won’t need to collect the keys from our concierge 2, We have risk assessed our apartment to ensure we’re ahead of hygiene and infection control protocol 3. Our cleaning team have designed a check sheet specifically for this apartment so that the highest standards can be easily met
How you can help.
1. For your safety, we would recommend removing shoes and washing your hands on entry throughout your stay. 2. To protect us all, we ask that you report any Covid-19 symptoms to our concierge team straightaway.
Pleasance apartment is fully equipped for up to four adults plus one baby.
There's one double bedroom with zip/link beds (can be king size or twin), a double sofa bed (138cm x 185cm) in the living room and cot and highchair.
There are two roomy fitted wardrobes and a hall cupboard for suitcase storage.
Gas, electricity, towels and linen are all included in the price. Washing up liquid, dishtowels, loo rolls and washing machine tablets will also be provided.
The apartment is one of 9 apartments in a quiet, modern, well lit tenement.
I live too far away to be on hand during your stay. To make sure you enjoy your time I use a Professional Concierge agency. They'll be on hand for you throughout your visit.
Check in will be arranged in advance so you have no fear of delayed flights or late arrivals and can come and go as you please.
I have been letting this holiday apartment for 8 years and feel confident you will enjoy the perfect holiday accommodation.
There is a welcome folder available on arrival with help and guidance on all aspects of the apartment usage.

Check-in was very well explained and the location was amazing. It was also great for me and my friend to have the option of two separate sleeping areas.
The location was perfect. The Richmond Cafe across the street was amazing. We walked everywhere in OldTown. The apartment was clean and perfect for our 3 nights there.
The apartment was as expected and a perfect location for moving our daughter into UofE Pollock Halls. Apartment was functional and clean. Beautiful view.
The location of the flat is great, close enough to main different areas you may wamt to visit, beautiful views from all the windows. The space easily accommodated my family of 4. I woupd recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit Edinburgh.
Overall this was a very good choice. Easy to get to both the Old Town areas and Arthur's Seat, with a nice view and a good layout of the apartment. Strong washer/dryer was a plus. In the university neighborhood, so there was some noise that you might not expect but shopping was easy.
This apartment was very nice and just as described. It was within walking distance of all the sights of Edinburgh but just far enough away to be in a quieter area. With the unusually warm weather having a fan available would have been great but cetainly not a negative. We really enjoyed our stay...this is a great place!

This property was just as described, simple, comfortable with just enough of the basics to be a great base, a place to enjoy take away when we were tired. Easy walks or bus rides to everything. Thanks so much!

Nice little flat. A little small for four but worth it. So convenient and comfortable.
I recently stayed in this cozy apartment in Edinburgh and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to key attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. Great location, but cold
We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is clean and the location is very convenient. Our only complaint was how long it took to warm up (24+ hrs). We had stay in one room with the space heater until it reached a comfortable temperature, around day 3.

Wonderful stay
This was a fantastic flat. We stayed three nights and fell in love with the city and wished we had more time in the flat. It was exactly as described/pictured and we were very impressed. The views were amazing, the bed comfortable, and the hostess was a great communicator and available. We plan on coming back to Scotland to see more of the beautiful country and will definitely book again.
Host was accommodating and flat was walking distance to Royal Mile and had great views of Arthur’s Seat. Only issue is it’s a third floor flat without an elevator/lift so be prepared to carry luggage. If you are sleeping in the living room on the pullout, there is street noise. Bedroom is quiet

Just fair warning.....It's on the 3rd floor with no lift. Good to know for anyone with ambulatory issues.
Street noise in living room made it difficult to sleep and cigarette smoke from adjacent apartment came right through walls. Hard to keep shower water from leaking onto floor. However, view from bedroom was nice and instructions for check in were clear and helpful.
Super Bett, gute Heizung, kurzer Weg zum Bahnhof und zur Innenstadt, schöner Blick auf Holyrood park, im Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig. Es könnte sauberer sein. Für unsere Bedürfnisse war es sehr gut, aber auch sehr teuer.
We were in Edinburgh for Festival Month and couldn’t have stayed in a better flat. Excellent communication and service by Eddie, Natalie and Susan!
