Grassmarket apartment with views to Edinburgh Castle - two bedrooms

Situated in the heart of the Old Town the Grassmarket area changes with the differing hours of the days. From cosmopolitan cafe dining to a more lively night life area you will never be too far away from the action and places of interest to visit. All major tourist attractions within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the third floor (top) and is cosy and warm. We do not accept stag/hen nights or large groups of party guests.

Good views from the rear bedroom up to Edinburgh Castle. Good views to the front over the activity space normally used for Street shoes to the front.

Excellent flat in the best location

Lovely flat in an excellent location on Grassmarket, close to everything you would need for a weekend in Edinburgh. Good communication from Derek. Would definitely return.

GREAT location!!! Loved the flat!

The flat was in the perfect location...just below the castle. Taxis, buses and shops were right there. The flat was clean, bright and good sized for 2 bedrooms. The only draw back were the stairs leading to the flat. Other than those, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you!

This was a great property in a great location. Derek was an excellent host - very accommodating. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Be aware that there are a number of steps to get to the apartment which is to be expected in an old building. Highly recommend this property...thanks Derek for everything!

Awesome family flat and incredible location

We stayed here for 5 nights when we were visiting Edinburgh. The location is awesome. It's right in the grassmarket, and you can see the Castle from both bedroom windows. There are a bunch of great restaurants right there in the square, and the flat is centrally located next to all the great sights. It couldn't be closer to the castle. The flat itself was great for our family, and felt like home while we were there. It had everything we needed, including room for our two girls to have their own room, separate from ours, a living room, and a kitchen. We really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay there again if we were in Edinburgh!

Perfect stay!

This was a perfect place to stay to visit Edinburgh for a few days. The place was very clean, well stocked, and in a prime location…definitely recommended!
