Smart, bright two bedroom apartment located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also within walking distance of Murrayfield Stadium, Inverleith Park, Stockbridge and The Botanical Gardens.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms (one king-size double, one twin), spacious sitting room , dining hall, kitchen and modern shower room.
Fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker and microwave. Smart TV and WiFi.
The apartment is well located for shops, with a retail park a few minutes walk away with cafes, supermarkets and a varirty of other shops. There is regular bus route with a fifteen minute journey to all city centre amenities. Limited parking available in the grounds of the apartment and free parking in surrounding area. Although the arrival time is flexible arrivals later than 18.30 should be requested at the initial contact.

The flat is very well located, close to a supermarket, airport and bus stop to go to Edimburgh city, which is a lovely 15’ ride.Magdalene was a great host, apartment is cozy, kitchen fully-equiped and comfortable.We totally recomment it!

What a lovely apartment this was! I was there with my husband and adult son for the Oasis concert at Murrayfield and also to see the city. This apartment was perfect for us - the location was great, a nice walk along the tree-lined cycle path to Murrayfield, and just a short bus ride to the city. It was very clean and very comfortable after walking all day. Magdalene is the perfect host and easy to communicate with. We hope to be back again some day!

Wonderful Apartment.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Everything we needed was there. Shops and bus stop were a few minutes walk away. The bloçk had lovely gardens that you could sit in. A wonderful place to stay.

A great experience!

We had an amazing stay and time in Edinburgh! This flat was perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, the flat was clean, and well appointed. Magdalena was great to communicate with. The flat is close to bus stops so it was easy to get to anywhere in the city quickly. Nearby were stores to pick up groceries and other supplies. Thanks for a great visit.

Highly recommend

A clean and well stocked flat. We were an easy and inexpensive Uber from all major sites. And a quick five minute walk from a small outdoor mall with grocery store, electronics, drug store etc. Definitely recommend.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral direkt an 2 wichtigen Buslinien. Man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt und Supermärkte sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar und gleich "um die Ecke".Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber.Leider konnten wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag nicht unterstellen, weil die Wohnung am gleichen Tag wieder vermietet war. Unser Rückflug ging erst am späteren Nachmittag. Die Gastgeberin gab uns den Tipp, unser Gepäck in der Stadt einschließen zu lassen, was wir auch machten. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich eine Nacht länger buchen:-)) Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
