Edinburgh visit
We stayed at at this flat for three nights. Kitchen was stocked , bedrooms were clean and sufficient and living room was a comfortable place to relax. We felt the apartment could be heated longer as the heat came on only twice for an hour throughout the day.
The flat was immaculate, suited our purpose very well and was well located for taking an Uber in to the centre of Edinburgh - fare on average was 11. There is also a very handy bus stop about 200 metres away. The area was very quiet and well looked after.The flat itself was well equipped with lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. the only thing that missing, as in so many properties, was a hand towel in the kitchen! The beds were very comfortable and were a good size. I would highly recommend the property and would certainly return.
We absolutely fell in love with the ancient and historically beautiful city of Edinburgh. We were so grateful for the spacious accommodation and newly renovated bathroom and shower. Fiona was so great about communicating with us and making our stay top notch.
Apartment is clean and nicely appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very convenient having the shops across the street. Easy to get to the city attractions. I would stay here again.

A great size property located outside the city, with great transport links and local amenities. A great space to retire to after exploring the city. The owner even provided welcome refreshments.
We really enjoyed Fiona’s place, and its location as well, close to shopping and not far from the old town.
Her place is clean, quiet, and had all we needed for a comfortable stay.
This was a convenient location with shopping and coffee an easy walk. The bus stop was close to carry us to City Centre. The flat was compact and comfortable. Fiona’s communication was great and she was very responsive to my requests. Enjoyed our time here and would stay again if ever another chance to visit this beautiful city!
The property is neat and tidy with everything that you might need. Located very close to supermarkets and also has easy transport options into the city . Communication with the Host was excellent.

A nice getaway near Edinburgh
We were a little further out than expected, but bus travel into town was easy. Be aware of stairs! Not for the out of shape! Amenities close by
The location of the flat was convenient and allowed easy access to the city as well as a store for groceries and other forgotten neccesities. The accomodations were comfortable and just what we needed. Fiona was very responsive and we appreciated her.
The apartment was a delight, with a beautiful view of the castle. Very clean and comfortable. Fiona was excellent about answering questions promptly. Highly recommend.
Fiona was very good about communication with me on my needs and checkin process. The place was very nice and we enjoyed it. It is a walk up those stairs though.
The view of the castle was nice. The three flights up were a bit of a challenge with luggage. The beds were comfy, the linens a bit dated. It worked for three of us!
Good location , good apartment stay with family. all the necessary shops are opposite, (no need to buy anything and bring it from home). We had a great time at the christmas market, had a nice walk around the city, everything is beautiful and christmas mood.

Very clean and tidy property with a good bus service to the city center. There is no lift so you will need to carry your bags up four flights of stairs.
This is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath flat in Edinburgh. It is a 3rd floor walk-up (4th floor to Americans), so be aware of that if you have mobility issues - there is no lift. There are two loveseats and a table seating 4 in the lounge. The kitchen is well-appointed, with an apartment-size refrigerator. There is a washer only, no dryer. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable.

We chose this apartment because of the convenience. It has a parking space, it is 5 mins on the bus to the West End. We have shops across the road. You can walk to Murrayfield, The Water of Leith and the West End from the path behind the flat.
