Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off Leith Walk, the apartment is within walking distance of city centre attractions. Sleeps up to 4 (plus 1 baby). Check-in and check-out times are negotiable. The apartment is ideal for short city breaks as well as longer holidays. Third floor - Sorry NO LIFT.
Our apartment offers spacious and immaculate accommodation, with a homely feel. Fully equipped with everything for your stay - fresh linen and towels, hairdryers , WiFi, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, DVDs, books, board games, toys, cot and highchair at no extra cost, washer/drier, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, iron, plenty of crockery/cooking utensils and a variety of spices for home cooking. Tea/coffee/hot chocolate and Shortbread biscuits await you on your arrival.
There is a private, secured parking space for one car.
Direct tram to/from Edinburgh Airport - approx 35 minutes.
On your door step, you will find everything else that you could possibly want for an enjoyable stay - a variety of restaurants, take-away outlets and pubs, as well as supermarkets and delicatessens, playgrounds, the tram and a number of buses to take you to the city centre as well as to attractions further afield, such as the Royal Yacht Britannia or the Zoo.
