What a wonderful flat! It was super charming with all the modern accommodations we could have asked for. Walking distance to the Royal Mile and lots of shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host staff was quick and helpful. Will definitely consider staying here again!

Walking distance of Edinburgh Castle and Toysl Mile.
As a family, we stayed 8 nights and just loved this location and property. It was an excellent home away from home, with a great kitchen, laundry options, plenty of space for downtime, two showers and a superb location for seeing Edinburgh. We were able to walk to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh train station, the castle, University of Edinburgh and lots of other locations very easily.
Beautiful flat. Perfect location really enjoyed relaxing there and sharing meals between exploring the city. Would love to stay there again. property had everything we needed.
This was our second stay at this location and it was just as great as the first time. Location is great, management is very responsive, flat was clean and quiet. Has having you need in the kitchen, and the beds were comfortable. Even my husband, whose hobby is complaining, had nothing negative to say about the flat. And what could be better than stepping out the front door and seeing the castle? I’m hoping for a third stay next year!
We stayed at this property for 5 nights. The property was exactly as advertised. Great location, right in the center of Edinburgh. Walkable to old town and new town. We really enjoyed our stay in Scotland.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our week in Edinburgh. All of the rooms are large, with big windows to let in the sunshine. The flat was clean, the beds very comfortable, and all necessary amenities provided. The kitchen was well stocked (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, some spices). The location is incredible, easily walkable to the Royal Mile, Grassmarket, New Town, Dean Village and to meeting places for tours. There is a beautiful view of the castle just outside the door. I very highly recommend this accommodation.
This is a great place for visitors to stay. Superb location below Castle and Royal Mile. Great amenities in area: groceries, restaurants, etc. Very nice and comfortable apartment with nice kitchen, 2 bathrooms, comfortable living room, etc. Located in a really interesting old Victorian building. So pleased that we stayed here.
Perfectly located just off Castle Terrace at the base of the castle. 2 minutes from The Royal Lyceum, 3 minutes from Usher Hall, 4 minutes from the Traverse Theatre. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants. We loved it.
Location was perfect. Everything we needed or wanted to see was a short walk or used Uber for longer distances. Flat was very nice and clean for our family of 4. Check in was super easy and owners answered any and all questions we had. Washing machine was a huge bonus. Fully functioning kitchen worked great. Plenty of space so we did not feel on top of each other. Highly recommend. Hope to be back someday.
Very nice place close to The Tattoo and the Royal Mile. It would have been nice to have had better instructions on how to use the three keys to enter the apartment.
This was the perfect place for my daughter and I to spend our holidays. We each had a room/bath, along with a large parlor, full kitchen, and dining area. It was so easy to walk to Old Town and Princes St.Several grocers were close by, and it was a 10-minute walk to the Tram and Scot Rail stations. Our trip was so much more enjoyable staying here vs a Hotel. We've already discussed staying in the same flat for future visits to Edinburgh.

What a spacious and well-appointed property! We were delighted with our accommodations in Edinburgh. It was a treat to be practically in the shadow of the Castle for our stay in Scotland’s capital city! Beds were comfortable, showers had nice pressure and the lounge was spacious. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a beautiful, historic property that is superbly located with a breathtaking view of Edinburgh Castle outside the front door. We walked everywhere from here with easy access to groceries, cafes, bakeries, the weekly farmers market, and Usher Hall.
It was clean, and well appointed; communication regarding the unit was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!
There was nothing about this flat that I didn’t love. It was clean, quiet and convenient. Had everything we needed. I hated to leave! Loved the drying rack in the kitchen. I would 100 percent stay here again with great pleasure.
