Luxury Rental W/Private Pool Steps from the Beach

Cooper's Cottage is a large luxury vacation rental 2.5 blocks from the sparkling waters and white sands of Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The house was completely updated fall of 2022 new hardwood flooring throughout, new deck and patio furniture, pool deck and under the house living area were just resurfaced, the outdoor living space is amazing! Very spacious containing 2,300 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a private pool. There is a huge outdoor patio and 3 decks! It has an open, modern floor plan with an updated kitchen. The house has brand new furniture and premium mattresses as of 2018 and has been completely updated and painted. We have Wi-Fi and Direct TV with new flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and a 60” TV in the living room. Downstairs there is a large lounging area as your make your way to the salt water pool and relaxing under the house patio. Cooper's Cottage sleeps up to 10 with a large master suite with king bed, second master bedroom with king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master suite bath has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. Cooper's Cottage is pet friendly (it would have to be, it is named after our little buddy Cooper) so bring the furry ones too! The house features key less entry with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor and a new grill on the deck. Two and 1/2 blocks from the beach and within walking to many restaurants and stores. The home was built in 2007 and the house, pool and deck area were completely updated and remodeled in 2018. A great place to relax with over 2,000 sq feet of outdoor living space. The cleaning fee includes a full linen package, we also have 4 beach chairs for your group to use at the beach! Check out our reviews! Please reach out if you have any questions! Family vacation

This was in an awesome location and Cooper’s Cottage was clean and everything was very nice. Our family had a wonderful time and even our dog Copper was happy here. James was awesome at communicating with me and answered any questions that I had. We will definitely be back in the future!

BEST EXPERIENCE!!

I have to say that this was the best experience of all my trips to Myrtle Beach area. We have stayed in hotels and condos but this was the first with renting a house and we absolutely loved it.Coopers Cottage was the best and the owners were the absolute best to deal with. The house was beautifully decorated and updated and the pool was great also. Will definitely be back!!!

Coopers Cottage was excellent

It was our family group that stayed at the property with ages from 6-54. We all thoroughly enjoyed the property and even though it was a little hike to the beach, we rented a golf cart for the week which made it perfect for going back & forth. Our main impression was that it was very clean compared to other properties we have stayed in, in the past. Beds were very comfortable and the pool area is very nice with the pool being larger than what we thought it would be. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Our favorite beach house so far!!!

We were so happy with this house as soon as we walked in! Everything was clean and very welcoming. The owner was very communicative and strived to make us comfortable as well! Small personal touches, like the written welcome sign, really made a difference for us. The location was absolutely perfect with a quick walk to the beach and 10 min ride at most to restaurants, activities, etc. My family and I will definitely be booking this again if available!

Beautiful property in Cherry Grove

Very clean and beautiful property. Much shorter walk to the beach than it appears in the picture. Also easy walk to the grocery store if needed and short drive to other stores and restaurants. Too cold to go in the pool but everyone loved the outside seating and cornhole. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty to do in Myrtle when you can’t go in the ocean- would rec Cap Rod’s Boat Tours out of Georgetown and Brookgreen Gardens in Murells Inlet. Only recommendation would be upgrade in the beach chairs. Would def stay here again.

All we expected and more…

Cooper’s Cottage was an amazing and spacious home for our family vacation! All the ammentities of home for the week away, so we could socialize together; but room to also be spread out for down time. Outdoor shower was so convenient for each of us before getting into the pool but also before going back upstairs to dress. Pool area was great for our outdoor time off the beach but “ slippery when wet” - our only concern for grandchildren who loved playing down stairs. Owners were available and communicated any time when and if needed. Great luxury rental for our home away from home with family!

Perfect property

From the beginning the owners were fantastic. Helped with my many questions about the property and surrounding area. When we got to the house it was even better than the pictures. Perfectly clean and everything in working order. Furniture was very clean and nothing broken. We rented a golf cart to zoom around and the kids loved it. Beach right down the road and clean and family friendly. Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home. We will be returning. Tammy and the whole family including Lilly our doggy.

Annual Family Vacation

Jamie and Marla made us feel special with renting their home. When we arrived there was a specialized welcome beach bag with essentials to start our trip and a chalk board welcoming us to their house. The house was as pictured. Nice poolside furniture to sit and relax. House is very roomy and clean. Every bedroom had dresser drawers and closet for your clothes which is a plus in my book. Kitchen was completed stocked with everything needed to make your meals. Jamie was also responsive when contacting him with questions. We have already booked our trip for next year at Coopers Cottage…which is something we never do.

Quiet Getaway

Jamie's house is located on a quiet, dead-end block approximately 3 blocks from the Cherry Grove beaches. When we weren't at the beach, our family, 6 adults and 2 infants, enjoyed relaxing in and by the pool, on the house's many decks, and in the large living room. The house was well stocked with everything from kitchen items to pool toys to games. The linen package was greatly appreciated! The bedrooms upstairs were large, and we all loved having separate bathrooms to get ready and/or cleaned up from a long day on the sand. Jamie communicated with us throughout the week and even recommended local restaurants to try out. (I highly recommend Snooky's!) Our family would definitely stay at Cooper's Cottage again in the future! A++

This home deserves a 10! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly located within a few minute walk to the beach, grocery store, etc. The pool was a great size for our family of 6. I don’t have one complaint about this rental. The owners were very kind and let us know they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

Cooper’s Cottage is everything we wanted in our vacation home. Very spacious, extremely clean, location was great, and the owners were excellent. They have thought of everything you would need on your vacation. The outdoor area was our go to area by far! Great pool and outdoor furniture, grill, and speakers were awesome! We will be back!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Beautiful home, clean and very welcoming!!Six adults and one large dog had an awesome time. We spent a lot of our time in the pool area. Walked to the beach daily. Perfect location for those of us who want privacy but close access to stores and restaurants. Definitely would rent again!!!

A first for us, staying away for a month. The home's location was perfect for us, on the quiet side but still convenient to the beach, shopping, and attractions. Would absolutely consider staying again.

AMAZING!!!

This house was absolutely stunning. We loved being at the end of a cul-de-sac. We had soo much fun the house was perfectly described. We were five minute walk to the beach. It was so quiet on our end. The owners answered any and all questions we had very quickly. You will not be disappointed at all if you rent this house.

Wonderful stay.

We just spent an amazing week at Cooper's Cottage. (3rd week of October) The host was wonderful to deal with. He was quick to answer any questions. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, baking, and grilling. The beds were very comfortable which made for good nights of sleep away from home. All of the outdoor areas are lovely. We especially enjoyed the pool area, although it was a little too cool for swimming in the pool. The walk to the beach is very short (about 2 minutes). We rented a golf cart, but it isn't really needed for such a short distance. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Thank you for considering Cooper's Cottage, it is owned by Marla and Jamie. We live in Myrtle Beach as of 12/2020. We moved from Alexandria VA (a plan which was in the works for the last few years) and are really excited to be close to Cooper's Cottage. Marla is an innovation expert for a large tech company and Jamie is a sales executive for a publishing company. Marla was born and raised in sunny South Florida and Jamie is from the cold, winter grey Detroit area. We met in Florida, moved to the DC area in 2004 and now are in Myrtle Beach, we love it here and love Cherry Grove!
