Luxury Rental W/Private Pool Steps from the Beach

Cooper's Cottage is a large luxury vacation rental 2.5 blocks from the sparkling waters and white sands of Cherry Grove Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The house was completely updated fall of 2023 new hardwood flooring throughout, new deck and patio furniture, pool deck and under the house living area were just resurfaced, the outdoor living space is amazing! Very spacious containing 2,300 sq ft of living space, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths with a private pool. There is a huge outdoor patio and 3 decks! It has an open, modern floor plan with an updated kitchen. The house has brand new furniture and premium mattresses as of 2018 and has been completely updated and painted. We have Wi-Fi and Direct TV with new flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms and a 60” TV in the living room. Downstairs there is a large lounging area as your make your way to the salt water pool and relaxing under the house patio. Cooper's Cottage sleeps up to 10 with a large master suite with king bed, second master bedroom with king bed, a third bedroom with a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master suite bath has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower. Cooper's Cottage is pet friendly (it would have to be, it is named after our little buddy Cooper) so bring the furry ones too! The house features key less entry with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor and a new grill on the deck. Two and 1/2 blocks from the beach and within walking to many restaurants and stores. The home was built in 2007 and the house, pool and deck area were completely updated and remodeled in 2018. A great place to relax with over 2,000 sq feet of outdoor living space. The cleaning fee includes a full linen package, we also have 4 beach chairs for your group to use at the beach! Check out our reviews! Please reach out if you have any questions! This home deserves a 10! It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfectly located within a few minute walk to the beach, grocery store, etc. The pool was a great size for our family of 6. I don’t have one complaint about this rental. The owners were very kind and let us know they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely book this home in the future.

Cooper’s Cottage is everything we wanted in our vacation home. Very spacious, extremely clean, location was great, and the owners were excellent. Thank you for considering Cooper's Cottage, it is owned by Marla and Jamie. We live in Myrtle Beach as of 12/2020. We moved from Alexandria VA (a plan which was in the works for the last few years) and are really excited to be close to Cooper's Cottage. Marla is an innovation expert for a large tech company and Jamie is a sales executive for a publishing company. Marla was born and raised in sunny South Florida and Jamie is from the cold, winter grey Detroit area. We met in Florida, moved to the DC area in 2004 and now are in Myrtle Beach, we love it here and love Cherry Grove!
