Casa Prodan, Prodani - Buzet, holiday house for 8 persons (6+2)

“Casa Prodan” is situated on the edge of a small village Prodani, 6km from Buzet. This traditional stone house was built at the end of the 19th century and has been owned by family Prodan for 4 generations. Decorated with lot of love and attention, it will not leave anyone indifferent.
The house is situated in a quiet location and is ideal for a family vacation or vacation with friends in an relaxing environment surrounded by nature. The large terrace and garden provide privacy that everyone needs.
You can enjoy in a large garden where you can relax with a good book, a glass of wine or barbecue.
Far from crowd and rush but close enough to all the interesting tourist facilities. You can easily reach nearby cities such as Buzet, Motovun, Pazin, Poreč, Rovinj, Pula and explore their historical sights. The smallest town in the world, Hum, is only 20 km away. Trieste (IT) and Portorož (SLO) are 30 km away.
Northern Istria is famous for the queen of mushrooms - truffles, hiking and biking trails, paragliding locations, waterfalls ... Whether you want to go to the sea or to the mountains, everything is a 30 minute drive. If you like crowds, beaches full of fun, music? Everything is within a half hour drive. And then return to your peaceful oasis. “Casa Prodan” offers so many different opportunities to spend an unforgettable vacation.
Within the house there are two apartments which can only be rented together and all together can accommodate a maximum of 8 people. One large apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 people offers two double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a large terrace. In case you need another room, we have a small apartment for two people with one bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. “Casa Prodan” is equipped with everything a modern man needs. Smart TV, WI-FI, air conditioning, heating, outdoor grill, barbecue equipment, garden, terrace, private parking and garage.
For our guests we organize wine and truffle tastings, transfers and day trips.

Großes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders der Turm mit den offenen Fenstern von denen man einen wunderschönen Ausblick hat ist ein echtes Highlight. Es gibt ein Haupthaus und ein dazugehöriges Apartment zu dem auch eine Küche und ein Bad gehören. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr großen Garten und Außenbereicht in dem man gut entspannen kann. Das Haus befindet sich in dem kleinen Ort Prodani und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10min mit dem Auto entfernt. Größte Kritikpunkte sind die relativ kleine Küche im Haupthaus und das für 8 Personen relativ kleine Wohnzimmer. Für Aktivitäten muss man auch immer etwas weiter fahren, die Lage ist in dieser Hinsicht also nicht ganz optimal, man hat dafür allerdings seine Ruhe. Der gute Preis und die enorme Größe und Vielzahl der Räume des Hauses gleichen das auch wieder aus. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die freundliche, liebe und zuverlässige Gastgeberin. Alle Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet und wir wurden bestens betreut. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Prodani und würden das Haus immer weiterempfehlen!
