At walking distance from the IONIAN SEA Villa Cento Fichi is the place to relax in SUMMER & WINTER (& do SMART WORKING), with outdoor or indoor SPA (subjected to availability). Renovated in 2018 following Mediterranean style, Villa Cento Fichi includes a 200-year-old TRULLO and a 4000-square-meters private GARDEN with dozens of FIG trees. With a view on OLIVE tree plantations you will feel the silence of the countryside..but sea side for SWIMMING is at walking distance with bar (breakfast, aperitivo at sunset), grocery, playground and church.

The space
The house includes four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living space with an open fully equipped kitchen and a passage to an authentic TRULLO from 1884. AIRCO / HEATING system and WiFi. On both sides there are terraces covered by bamboo roof where you can have breakfast and dinner ...or lie in the sun. In winter the HotTub can be installed in the Trullo, converting one sleeping room into a SPA.

An outdoor shower will allow you to refresh after swimming in the sea.

4 Bedrooms (one if them in a Trullo), 4 air conditioners. Occasionally, you can use the living as 5th bedroom for 2 extra guests (13+2) and place a folding bad in a sleeping room (13+2+1).

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms with sink, shower, toilet, wc and bidet. And third shower outside on terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen:
The kitchen is connected to the living space (with TV and air conditioner) and has all equipment needed to prepare a good meal (fridge / freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, mixer, microwave, ...).

Outside space:
The house is surrounded by large TERRACES with Hot Tub in summer. The columns outside are covered with sun-shades in bamboo to protect you from the sun. There is a large private parking space in front of the house and a HUGE GARDEN where you can pick (and eat) PRUNES and FIGS of all kinds directly from the trees.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole house, with private parking space protected by a gate.
