Lovely Duplex Apartment

As usual we like the location and the apartment. We were disturbed by pneumatic drill on a few occasions one being just after 9am. The building renovation on the next Apartment was noisy as they drilled 2 big holes in the side and front of the building. I understand improvements have to be made but we were not made aware of this.

This apartment is very spacious with a lovely sunny balcony and is in a great location on the Dona Lola complex with many bars and restaurants that were all good. Close to public transport making it easy to visit other resorts the complex is very clean and well kept with a good pool. Nothing for us

Another amazing stay at this property with excellent customer service from Tamara at the onsite office. The owners of the property have done us proud once again. Wonderful location & amenities on site. This wont be our last visit..we can highly recommend. Ticks all the boxes really but if anything maybe a Few Beach Towels thown in as standard :)

We booked through Caribasol as we had seen their properties on a previous trip. They were very helpful at the booking stage. We had the unfortunate challenge of having to move our trip at the last minute because of illness, and the team were very supportive and helped us move the booking. Nice location, great views. Showing some age though.

Love the view every morning, the terrace is amazing. The property is comfortable but is a real mish-mash of decorating, just thrown together in a that-will-do manor. The living-room is badly laid out, with too much furniture that just didn't make sense, so we didn't bother to use it. Its showing its age though, with dirty shower silicone, and the one bathroom door not closing due to swelling. The development is great, with lush planting and good views.

When we arrived the staff at Cabrosol were excellent - extremely helpful and friendly. However, we are two people in our mid-70's and when we realised just what was involved getting our cases from the car to the apartment, we were a little shocked that this had not mentioned prior to booking. There were so many steps. On entering the apartment we were shocked to realise that the spiral stone staircase on the advert was actually the staircase to the bedroom. Again at our age this was extremely difficult to navigate - so much so that when leaving we packed our cases downstairs. It is extremely dangerous and the property is definitely not suitable for people of our age, and certainly not families with young children. Access to the terrace is from the upper floor bedroom and therefore taking food, drinks etc., to the terrace was very precarious.Also, a sign needs to be placed on one of the patio doors as I walked into it when it was closed and actually had a slight nose bleed.On a lighter note, the apartment was really well equipped and spotlessly clean (hence the reason for walking into the closed patio door!)On looking through the property description there is no mention of the spiral stone staircase being the only access to the bedroom/terrace nor the access steps to the property.This property unsuitable for the elderly, families with children and people with disabilities and we think this should be flagged up on the property details!

Elenor D is a really well equipped one bed apartment.

This apartment was really well equipped, has a lovely balcony that is private and quiet, great partial view of the sea. Bed comfy, two great showers, plenty of space. Good supermarket a few minutes walk away and bus stop to main towns etc about 10 minute slow walk. Be aware that if you struggle with stairs, there are lots, including a spiral staircase with deep step.
