This luxury barn conversion rests in Hanbury in Worcestershire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
The Leat is a luxury barn conversion within the grounds of the owner's home, on the outskirts of the village of Hanbury in Worcestershire. This all-ground-floor property has two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin (zip/link, can be king-size on request), both with an en-suite shower room, sleeping four guests. There is also an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining and seating area. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a rear decking area with furniture and a barbecue. The Leat is a quaint, rural getaway in Worcestershire.
Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, wine cooler, fridge, dishwasher, Smart TV, Alexa and WiFi (Airband). 2 x Fans ( these are in the utility room.) Shared Washing machine, tumble drier and Fridge Freezer. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture, rear enclosed decking with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.2 miles, pub 2.6 miles.
