HOUSE BY THE SEA
Our holiday home is located on a plot of 1 acre, on the beach of Naoussa (or Aosa), Kythnos. It is a Cycladic house, built within walking distance from the beach, with an area of 60 sq.m. The house consists of a spacious living room kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom, with two courtyards on two levels. In the elevated courtyard, there is a pergola with wooden canopy 2plank for dense shade and cool hustle and bustle on the terrace, against the backdrop of the incomparable beauty of the sea.The house has got private road for your access and covered parking.The house is on the beach of Naoussa, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, where it is famous for its sand lilies in the month of August, in a fairly sheltered bay, where you can moor your boat.The port (Merichas) is 15 minutes by car, while Chora (the capital) with shops and entertainment facilities (cafes, restaurants, etc.) is only 10 minutes away.
