The cleaning fee includes a set of bed linen and towels per person



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a little starter package to help you settle in, but feel free to stock up on anything you need during your stay!



Guest Access:

The Jacuzzi will be prepared and ready for your arrival aswell the bbq for the good evenings.

The Neighborhood:

You have the large shopping centre of Miramar just a few minutes walk from the apartment with a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is also a small walk from the apartment down to the castillo beach where you can rent "grillboats" on the beach and where we in spain spend most of our sundays with friends and family



Getting Around:

There is busses that goes to fuengirola centro and marbella near by, we also have a garage to store the car and there is also a lot of free parking on the streets outside. Everything is within walkingdistance so a car is not needed.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
