1st line of beach facing the sea. Apartment in beautiful complex with communal swimming pools and garden area. Ideal for couples or families. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a fantastic terrace (9.5m2) overlooking the sea and Punta Paloma, with spectacular sunsets over the Playa de Los Lances. The house has a fiber WiFi connection. Parking is available next to the complex. Pets are not allowed.
