About this property

Newly renovated, spacious and comfortable ground floor apartment for 5 guests with private swimming pool, garden and BBQ. It is located in a small village called Hlapa, situated 2500 meters away from the sea in a relaxing and quiet atmosphere.
One of the main highlights of the apartment is its surrounding area in size of 150 m2. You will be able to spend your time by the pool or on any of two terraces – one perfect to drink your morning coffee and second, shaded terrace with stone grill and big wooden table for dining.
Apartment has 60 m2 of inner space and it was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. Apartment consists of an open space living area, where you can find kitchen, dining area and living area, two double bed bedrooms and a bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with several appliances: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water heater, coffee machine, 2 induction cooking rings and all necessary dishes and utensils. Dining table is suitable for six guests. In the living area you can find a big screen TV and a comfortable sofa with a bed function (140 cm X 220 cm) that can be used as a bed for one guest. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, all beds are prepared with bed linens. Bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, washing machine, hairdryer and towels.
In addition to already mentioned appliances, the apartment offers air-condition, complete Wi-Fi coverage, iron and ironing board. There is a lot of private space to park your car. By the house there is also a nice vegetable garden the owner is taking care of and it’s at your disposal to pick vegetables.
Island Krk is the northernmost island in the Mediterranean, located in the Kvarner Bay, and recognized as one of the most organized and most attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Good connections with the interior, good tourist structures, a diverse coastline full of small bays overlooking the crystal clear sea and beautiful nature, a variety of opportunities for fun and relaxation, are the reasons why the island Krk is one of the most interesting targets for tourism.

Extraordinary journey!

Super Unterkunft, sehr sauber, und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich! Am Ende des Aufenthalts wurden wir sogar mit dem heimischen Wein und Cognac beschenk.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Garten

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Ferienwohnung ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Highlight ist der wunderschöne Außenbereich mit Pool, Terrassen und Grillofen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und diskret. Nada (Vermieterin) hat uns regelmäßig mit selbst gebackenem Kuchen und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten versorgt. Wir durften auch selbst Gemüse im Garten ernten. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit bei Euch.

Major-league holiday!

Very friendly hosts, but couldn’t speak any English and hard to communicate in German with them. It is a very private place, but just notice that they will be living above you, it will hardly be noticeable because they try to give you privacy by closing there windows facing the outside area and so on. The outside area was perfect for me and my family. The pool area was in use everyday and the view from there was extremely nice. The host gave us free use of the vegetable garden and they put fresh tomatoes and bell peppers out for us two times, which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend!
