Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy

Genauigkeit des Online-Inserats stimmt nicht überein

im Online-Inserat wurden 5 Badezimmer angegeben. Vor Ort mussten wir feststellen dass nur 3 Badezimmer vorhanden waren. Da wir dieses Haus speziell wegen der 5 Badezimmer gebucht hatten, waren wir in unserer Privatsphäre erheblich gestört. Laut Auskunft des Gastgeber hat er FeWo-direkt bereits auf dieses Problem aufmerksam gemacht, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Wir haben sofort eine Reklamation bei FeWo-direkt eingerecht, via Telefon und per Email. Unserer Beschwerde wurde jedoch nicht Folge geleistet. Somit kann ich FeWo-direkt nicht weiterempfehlen.
