If you want to experience Venice by staying in a unique place just 100m away from St Mark’s Square and a few steps from the main points of interest, this is the perfect accomodation for you.
Inside a typical Venetian palace located in the street of luxury shopping, Calle Frezzaria, the accommodation can accommodate 2 people, ideal for couples.
It is located on the second floor accessible by lift and has all the comforts, such as wi-fi access, TV, hairdryer, air conditioning and heating, as well as cooking utensils. It consists of living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, double bed separated from the living area.
Thanks to its strategic location, with a short walk you can also reach some vaporetto stops, which will lead you to the train station Santa Lucia, Marco Polo airport or the other islands of the lagoon.

Beautiful Apartment and great location!

Located 1 minute from the San Marco boat drop-off and pick-up. There is high end shopping all around and 1 minute walk from Saint Marks Square and 7 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. This is a modern studio apartment that is great for couples! Only downside is that there's no washer/dryer
