CASA GECO is an apartment with private pool and sea view (PRIVATE POOL and PRIVATE OUTDOOR AREA - THERE ARE NO AREAS SHARED WITH OTHER APARTMENTS). The house is located 500m from the sea and the maritime promenade. The area is extremely quiet. The 120m2 house. it has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), a large living room with sofa and 4k smart TV overlooking the pool area, a full kitchen and a laundry room. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, smart TV, etc.). For each guest there is bed linen and a set of towels for the bathroom and the pool. The large outdoor area, dominated by the large private swimming pool, has a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrella, a heated shower and a large table for your outdoor lunches/dinners. The property also has a terrace area with a splendid sea view and a built-in barbecue. There is a private parking space available for guests. There is a wifi connection throughout the entire structure (internal and external). The house was totally renovated in February 2020..
