Pentre Barn is a breathtaking holiday home adjoining the owner's property in the village of Llantilio Pertholey near Mardy, Wales. There are three bedrooms in the cottage sleeping six guests, made up of a king-size, a double with a balcony and en-suite shower room and a double with a sofa bed, served by a bathroom. The cottage also boasts a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you can find all of off-road parking for two cars, a shared front patio with furniture, private side lawn and rear lawn and patio with furniture and barbecue. Pentre Barn is the ultimate choice for an escape with friends or family to the countryside of Wales.

Amenities: Oil-fired central heating, woodburning stove and underfloor heating in en-suite bathroom. Electric range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Shared front patio with furniture, private side lawn and rear lawn and patio with furniture and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.2 miles, pub 2.3 miles. Note: The property is adjoined to the Owner's property. Note: The rooms on the first floor have sloping ceilings, please mind your head. Note: Solid oak staircase, please take care. Royal Welsh Agricultural Show - Monday 20th July to Thursday 23 July 2026, located 50 miles from show ground. Abergavenny Food Festival - Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2026, located 3 miles from town centre. Green Man Festival Crickhowell - Thursday 20th to Saturday 22nd August 2026.
