Beautiful penthouse studio facing the sea and within the Sotogrande Marina Port. Spectacular situation. East facing sea views. At dawn.
Study one bedroom with full bathroom and small kitchen. Very bright and quiet. Elevator and first qualities. Air conditioning. High speed Wifi. Smart tv. Parking on the same street. 24 hour surveillance with security personnel. No night noises.

Sotogrande is a luxury urbanization designed for relaxation, sports (polo, horse riding, golf, gyms, sailing, canoeing ...) and security (24 hour security all year round).
Between two spectacular beaches, the apartment is located next to the magnificent beach of Torreguadairo famous for its chiringuito Chambao Beach club
The Marina has all kinds of services, hotels, restaurants, shops, supermarket, gyms, beauty centers, it has a large number of 1,380 berths of up to 30 M., heliport and a sailing school and the Real Club Marítimo Sotogrande. Next to the port is the famous and exclusive Valderrama golf course, host of the 97 Ryder Cup. Within the port there is a sailing school and other water sports. Two Gyms and what better to run than the port itself. Strolling through the port is in itself a magnificent activity to relax and enjoy a unique environment.

Amazing cute penthouse in Sotogrande

Very nice clean penthouse ( no terrace) easy free parking. Very friendly owner and good contact via whatsapp. Laundry machine, dishwasher inside. No dryer but no problem because there is a towel warmer on the wall in the shower. I had a perfect stay. Highly recommend it.

Sotogrande Port Studio

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment which is ideally suited to enjoy all the nearby restaurants and boutiques around Sotogrande Port. The beach is on your doorstep and there is lots of facilities within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need for a short stay and is air conditioned, quiet and calm. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the mediterranean and watched it set from the Chambao beach restaurant and then walked back across the beach to the apartment. Your host communicates quickly and accurately and we will definitely be returning. Thank you.
