At garden level, the lower floor of the Villa is given over to an innovative inside/outside living area with a table tennis table and comfortable rattan seating for the less active. This shaded area is entirely open to the prettily laid out gardens featuring a covered barbecue area with dining table and of course the lovely private 9m x 4m pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. A great place to enjoy family time whilst soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet read under the shade of the olive tree in the garden.
