Hosting four bedrooms, including a ground-floor double with an en-suite shower room, a double, a twin and a bunk room, along with a bathroom and two external shower room, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, an external games room, and an external utility room with the two shower rooms. Outside there is a large enclosed garden with lawn, patio, hot tub, and outdoor seating, and ample off-road parking. One small well-behaved dog welcome with a 25GBP supplement. Bryn Ffynnon is a fabulous property ideal for a family gathering in North Wales. Note: Between April and September, this property only accepts Friday - Friday bookings. Note: From 26th September the hot tub will not be available for use - a discount has been added to reflect this. From 10th October the hot tub is available by arrangement only.
