It has internal stairwell from the foyer connecting it to the second floor living space with a huge living room, dining room and very large kitchen. The laundry room, master bedroom with attached bath and a half bath and two screened porches are also on this floor. The 3rd floor has two huge bedroom, two bath rooms plus an additional sleep loft with a day bed, trundle and game table..
The yard is totally fenced in with both a gas grill and an “ huge brick oyster grill”. We have a huge walk out deck with table and chairs and seating for 16. There is both a sun and shade area.
