Carlos Pointe #335 - Private condo with modern kitchen & screened-in lanai

Updated 2 bed / 2 bathroom South-end condo with beautiful Gulf of Mexico views. Throughout the condo there are many upgraded features including remodeled bathrooms, tile floors throughout living area and washer and dryer. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with upgraded designer white cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and stocked with all the essentials of home including many small appliances.

The family room has a sleeper sofa, chairs and flat screen TV with DVD player, dining area with seating for 4 and breakfast bar with seating for 2. Our master bedroom has a king size bedroom with TV and private master bathroom with spacious counters with a sink and tub/shower setup. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and flat screen TV, and hallway bathroom has a shower setup.  Other amenities to make your stay more comfortable include Free Wi-Fi, linens and towels.  Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. Our property has a large lanai with outdoor seating, enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters and sandy beach from your private lanai. 

Carlos Pointe community has a large heated pool with lounge chairs, a game room with a ping pong table and outdoor BBQ. There are many Fort Myers Beach amenities for your to do during your stay.  You can walk to the beach (at your door step), local restaurants and shops.  There is also a trolley that will take you up and down the island if you want to explore the Time Square area, Lovers Key Beach and the Shell Mound House.
