Location was excellent . The balconies added a lot of space and had great views. Despite being very central it was quiet. The stairs are no joke but we were prepared for that.

Gorgeous views

Very centrally located but in a quiet neighborhood. The views were gorgeous especially at night. Everything was clean and comfortable and the property management was very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

We had a great few days staying here and exploring Palma in August. This apartment is in an excellent location, we loved the outdoor terraces and amazing views from the roof - it’s worth the stair climb to have this! The apartment had everything we needed, comfy beds and air con. Service and communication was excellent.

The property was great, the rooftop patio was amazing. No issues with the virtual check in. Management company was always available for questions. Property was clean and a perfect location. Will definitely book it again if we return for another visit.

Great location!

Although in the heart of a great neighbourhood for restaurants and bars, and central for everything, The appartment (4th and top floor) was quiet. 3 terraces, including on the roof, so plenty of outside space. Not recommended for cold weather, though, as there isn’t a comfortable seating area inside.

Fantastic Stay

This property was well located. Everyone should be aware it is up on the 4th floor (80 steps) so it's not for the faint of heart. We had a few problems with the showers - one wouldn't drain and the other the shower head wouldn't stay up. Small details that we worked around. The place was pretty fantastic and I would stay again!

Fun in Palma de Mallorca

Great experience and great location for Palma de Mallorca. The area is amazing with the history, architecture and churches. Easy to walk to everything once you get it down. Be careful of all the stairs to and in the apartment...those take a little to get down as well. Awesome experience, highly recommend!!

Three outdoor spaces in the city!

Property was well presented. Lots of awkward stairs could be a problem for some but not us. I have given 2 stars for the check in process. I seemed to be dealing with 3 separate people, vrbo, the owner, and another. It got to the point when we wondered if the apartment was genuine. We had to give away so much information it felt a huge security risk It all worked out well in the end.

Hi Rosalyn, Many thanks for your review and comments. Actually there are two intermediaries between the tourist and the property owner. We are Priority villas, publishing the property for the owner in different booking platforms. In this case you chose Vrbo platform for your booking. So from the moment a client books with Vrbo then we, Priority Villas, take care of the booking. We have been your intermediary from the moment we received the booking until after your departure for the refund of the damage deposit. It may seem a bit complex but in the end as you said everything worked out well :) We hope to see you soon. Kind regards, Priority Villas

The view from the topmost crows nest is spectacular. There are some 78 steps to the unit’s door. There is a flight of stairs between living and bedrooms. There is a toilet with shower on each floor. There are small steps between nearly all rooms. The kitchen has basic needs but lacks a full complement of cookware and has a usable but damaged coffee maker. There are 3 wonderful balconies with furniture and a very small couch cubicle in the living room. The heater did not work too well but owner quickly supplied extra blankets. Extremely well situated near everything with a great restaurant Fervor next door. A very unusual mixed delight only if you can really do steps and stairs.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the spectacular views, the balconies, and the excellent location near Fervor—those are definitely some of the highlights of the property. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the stairs, layout, and kitchen equipment. The home is indeed unique in its multi-level design, and we always encourage guests to review this carefully to ensure it’s a good fit for their needs. Your comments help us reinforce that information for future guests. Regarding the kitchen and coffee maker, thank you for bringing this to our attention—we’ll be reviewing and updating these items. We’re also glad we could quickly provide extra blankets when the heater wasn’t performing as expected, and we appreciate your understanding. We truly value your feedback and hope to welcome you again at one of our properties that may better suit your preferences. Warm regards, PriorityVillas

had a great time with friends , great accommodations, had a fab time

the location was brilliant , in the middle of everything ,bars and restaurants. the two apartments we hired (3&amp4) were great . you need to be fairly fit to navigate the stairwell but once you get to the top the rooftop terraces in apartment 4 were fantastic for early evening drinks in the Mediterranean sun . perfect the stairs up to the apartments… but worth the climb
