A separate guest-house apartment is next to the beautiful South Golf Course.


It's for solo travelers, on business or vacation, who like having their own homey and secluded place.

Set up for longer stays and you have the entire place all to yourself.

Your own place - the only space you share is the enclosed garage where you park your car.


2 private entrances with keys and bolt locks - one has direct access from the garage, and a second is around at the back on your own patio porch.



In the fully equipped kitchen and roomy eating space, you can prepare, cook and enjoy your own meals.


The bay-windows in the eating area look out over the desert garden to the golf course. Have a friend over for a lunch around the table or on the patio porch.


This complete home comes with a thermostat controlled central heating and A/C system and a separate water-heater as part of the apartment and just for the guest.


Continuous and reliable Wi-Fi, HD-TV, HBO, recording, streaming and on-demand entertainment.


Plenty of work spaces: The desk, the eating table, or spread out on the breakfast bar. Even work out on the patio, there's outdoor electrical boxes.


Guest has their own separate little store-room and own washing machine just for them (pictured). Laundry baskets and drying racks are provided. A dryer is available onsite, in the main house, by appointment evenings and week-ends.

Relax and enjoy the golf course view on your own private patio porch.


Has a comfortable Murphy bed mattress that's wider than a twin. This wall bed easily goes down and then up out of the way when not in use (see pictures).


Full bathroom with a tub / shower combination and 2-way shower-head w/ hand wand.


Apartment is stocked with bath towels, bed linens and bedding. Guests are asked to bring the pillow they like, however pillows are provided if they don't.


At this place all guests have the opportunity for daily access to excellent fitness facilities, pools and recreation at all seven Sun City Recreation Centers for a fee of only $75 per month. (See info below.)


Location, location…
Everything you need is in walking distance or a mile drive away. Close to major highways to get you quickly anywhere in Arizona. Walk 2 blocks to Fairway Rec Center, pharmacy, mini-grocery, library, shops and eat breakfast or lunch at the South Golf Course café.
