Kellysholidayhomes, Atlas, 3 bedroom Caravan, surrounded by nature

Hello, William, thank you for your nice review, the dates you requested are available for booking for next year already, please, check 👍

Dear, Barbara, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely apologize that the carpets were still damp upon your arrival. They had been recently cleaned, and we regret that they were not fully dry in time for your check-in. Regarding the fridge-freezer and shower size, these are the standard fittings for this caravan model. We are sorry they did not meet your expectations. If we had known earlier, we would have been happy to offer you an available alternative. Similarly, the bedroom in this model was not designed with a dressing table, which was also not included in our listing. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience. We appreciate your comments about the missing bedside lamps and bathroom shelf, and we will certainly look into these details to improve future guests’ experiences. As for parking, it is indeed a free-for-all system, as stated in our information. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over. We would also like to clarify that caravans are designed as holiday homes rather than permanent residences. They operate on a specific power capacity, which means that if too many devices are plugged in at once, an electrical trip can occur. When this happened, we promptly arranged for a specialist from reception to assist, and the issue was resolved within minutes. It was a pleasure communicating with you during your stay, and we regret that we were unaware of the boiler issue or your overall dissatisfaction. Had we known earlier, we could have offered you an alternative caravan to ensure a more enjoyable holiday. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our service. Kind regards, Kellysholidayhomes team
