Location is ideal, close to everything, very walkable, beautiful apartment with wonderful views! Great size, fully equipped, air conditioner in every room Host is very welcoming and helpful, went out of her way to supply baby related items and bonus beach toys for the children! We will be back!

Gorgeous home in perfect location!

To say this home was beautiful would be an understatement! The view was incredible and the interior was immaculate. The location was perfect for dining with so many options just a few steps away. Even with the flat being over restaurants there was no street noise when the windows were closed which was a huge perk for us. The only thing we wished we had known in advance was that guests are asked not to walk barefoot in the apartment as the marble floors hold footprints. Had we known socks/slippers were required inside at all times we may have thought twice only because the kids struggled with this one and we were always having to remind them. Aside from that this home is perfect in every way! Would love to stay here again.

I must say we were very pleased with this apartment! As a travel advisor myself it was important to me to find a gem like this one! I stayed for a week with my client and cousin, we never wanted to leave. This property is clean and so well located. We walked to everything, including the beach, shopping galore, restaurants by the dozens, and to top it off the bus station is across the street. We took day trips to Nice, Antibes, Monaco and took cooking classes in a private home while staying there. It also faces the water and the view of the yachts is great. Each room has a balcony. The apartment is completely furnished with whatever you may need. I'm definitely going back for a month next year and will highly recommend this to my clients! Thank you Claudine for sharing this little piece of heaven!

Emplacement et vue idyllique

L'appartement est en tous points identique aux photos. Je n'ai pas eu le sentiment d'être dans une location "IKEA", mais plutôt à la maison. Vue magnifique et emplacement idéal. Commerces, restaurants et services au pied de l'immeuble. La propriétaire est très accueillante et très serviable. L'appartement et en perpétuel aménagement, nous avons pu profiter d'une magnifique table de salle à manger en céramique qui venait d'etre livrée.

Great apartment with fantastic view

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a great time! The apartment is situated directly at the old harbour and offers a stunning view. The nice beach, the Forville market and old town are nearby. The apartment is very nice, especially the living room and the sleeping room are great. Thank you very much to Claudine and Alain. Sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt Mitten im Trubel von Cannes, durch die isolierten Fenster ist es trotzdem ruhig. Der schöne Ausblick auf den Hafen und der kurze Weg zum Strand sind super und vor allem in der Hochsaison von Vorteil,da man nicht extra einen Parkplatz am Strand suchen muss. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter :) P.S. Am besten vorher einen Parkplatz reservieren.

Nous avons séjourné récemment dans cet appartement. Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par les propriétaires et qui par la suite se sont montré disponibles et aidants tout au long de notre séjour. Il s’agit d’un grand appartement, bien éclairé , bien équipé et très propre. Sa situation au centre ville de Cannes est idéale et la proximité de tous les services a grandement facilité notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet bel appartement confortable et joliment décoré avec une vue magnifique sur le port de plaisance et la mer. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied. Un quartier très sympathique au pied de la veille ville, plus authentique et plus familiale que sur la croisette plus bling-bling. Appréciable aussi les produits de première nécessité en arrivant (café, huile, vinaigre, papier toilettes etc). Gentil accueil par les propriétaires souciants de bon entretien de l´appartement. Appartement à conseiller vivement!

Très bel appartement, grand et parfaitement bien situé (proche commerces, restos, marchė, centre ville et palais des festivals/la croisette). Rien à dire sur la propreté. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins... Nous avons même eu sur simple demande de nouveaux équipements comme un lit parapluie. Je vous le recommande chaudement. Toute ma petite famille a apprécié ces 15jours au soleil
