A beautiful, bright house, typical of the 1960s, located right in the heart of Waterloo. You’ll enjoy spacious accommodation near the Soigne Forest, in a historic Belgian town just 20 km from Brussels.
The house features four bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large, comfortable living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate half-bath.
A parking space in front of the house is available for guests.
The house has a patio with an outdoor table as well as a front yard. Access to the backyard is also available, subject to availability depending on the time of year.
Getting around is very easy. A bus stop (line W) will take you directly to Braine-l’Alleud or Brussels.
The house is located next to the city centre, right next to many shops.
The Waterloo train station is 3 km away. Brussels Zaventem Airport is only 26 km away, and Charleroi-South Airport is 34 km away.
A secure key box outside allows you to arrive and depart independently at a time that suits you.
For your information, we are a small nonprofit organisation working in the field of peace education, and our offices are located in the basement of the house. The accommodation is, of course, completely private! Only the entrance gate, the car park, and the garden at the back of the house are shared spaces.
