Located next to the Cathedral, Plaza Nueva, Arenal, Triana ...It has 3 differentiated spaces, a large bedroom with a high-end bed with a living room with a sofa bed for traveling with friends or children and on the other hand, a fully equipped kitchen and a complete bathroom.All completely renovated from the end of 2020.air conditioning, Wifi, Netflix ...Prior to your arrival we will contact you to recommend the easiest ways to get to the apartment depending on whether you plan to come by car, train or plane. In case you request it, we could send by e-mail a map with the route to arrive comfortably. We are available for everything you need and for and we will make your visit to Seville perfect. We have the services of sevilla moving, which is a company specialized in original and creative tourism in Seville and you can request everything you want to make your stay perfect. We have private guides, bicycles for rent, we carry out excursions with a van throughout Andalusia, Morocco and Portugal.The apartment is located on Tomas de Ibarra street, therefore it is ideal to be in the monumental area of ​​the city and at the same time if you come for business or to carry out some management in the different government agencies such as the Treasury or the different janitorial zone. You are in the center of Seville and you have within a few minutes walk other emblematic neighborhoods such as Arenal, Triana or Santa Cruz.

In The Heart of Seville

Amazing place. You can't get any closer to the Cathedral, Alcazar, and horse carriges. Plaza Espana is a short walk. The property was spotless and the bed super comfortable. It does get slightly noisy in the early evening but nothing you don't get used. Besides, you should be out and about anyway. We would definitely stay again and reccomend it to others.

Great location. Apartment was advertised as 2 bedrooms where 4 ppl could sleep but the reality is ONE bedroom with a double bed and s sofa bed. Check in process was easy. But the apartment did not have enough heating system. Property manager and owner had to scramble to find a solution (which they did in leaving us an extra copy of the keys to the property to allow for continued power to the oil heater and heating fan they left in the apartment for us). After check in and the initial time trying to get us warm for the night, things got a bit better.

The apartment is worn out. Needs basics like paint and new faucets. All faucets move; need tightening. Shower leaks so there’s not a lot of pressure for showering. No dryer; only washer. Bed was comfortable. Doors stick; hard to open. Apartment location is excellent…right in the middle of center, easy to get to the action quickly! However, difficult to initially find, as there is no street parking. Host was very responsive.

Appartement bien situé mais bruyant et sombre

Appartement localisé à deux pas du centre ville historique et de la cathédrale, tout peut se faire à pied. Appartement sombre et bruyant, situé au rez de chaussé avec les fenêtres donnant sur la rue. Gros souci avec la climatisation, des tensions avec les voisins de l'immeuble qui ont saboté deux fois le groupe climatisation qui est sur le toit. Nous avons donc eu très chaud les deux nuits concernées et avons dû demander l'intervention à chaque fois d'un technicien, situation très désagréable pour un court séjour.

Perfect location

This property was just what we needed. Close to all we wanted to see in town. Very comfortable, a little noisy but not late at night. Spotless and nicely decorated. Clothes washer was a plus! We would stay here again.

Great Location with Significant Street Noise

The unit was spacious and comfortable. It had EVERYTHING we needed, and located close to the best gelato in Seville. But the bedroom is right next to the building entry and is adjacent to the street on the first floor, so ear plugs were required.

Located just about 2 min walk to the cathedral, the flat is perfect for couples. We enjoyed every second and thumbs up to Maria who kept in touch with us the whole time. We loved it and we can't wait to came back. 100% recommended!

Convenient Location for Getting to know Seville

This is a nicely decorated studio apartment central to all that Seville has to offer. It was a clean, comfortable home base for exploring the city. We easily walked to the Cathedral, the Setas, the beautiful park, Plaza Espana, and the Real Alcazar. We also appreciated the owner keeping our luggage until the apartment was ready.

Emplacement idéal. Appartement conforme au descriptif. Niveau acoustique mal isolé alors que le logement a fait l'objet d'une restauration avec double vitrage. Le Quartier central n'a pas de commerces proches pour faire les courses. La cuisine , son equipement, est à compléter.

Estudio coqueto, compacto, ubicación espectacular

Apartamento reformado, muy actual, bien equipado y decorado con gusto, mucho espacio para dejar cosas, muchísimas perchas. La estancia es agradable para un grupo de hasta 3 pax. Lo mejor con diferencia es la ubicación. Si deseas visitar Sevilla, está en un sitio inmejorable, cerca de la catedral, de la Torre del Oro. Todo está a mano: Triana, Parque María Luisa etc. Única pega: al ser un bajo con ventanas a la calle te ves obligado a dormir con el aire puesto, se puede hacer algo pesado. En cualquier caso nuestra calificación en conjunto es elevada.
