Iokasti private villa nestled at the heart of the center of Fira Santorini, at a beautiful traditional neighborhood. The name “Iokasti” derives from the ancient Greek times and represents something beautifully decorated.
Iokasti is a fully renovated 62 sq. m., house. On a first glance it looks romantic, stylish and traditional, with high quality selected furniture and items. The house offers a comfortable living room with a smart LCD & a keyboard, books& guides, a working table, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking preparation or for enjoying a nice meal, a bathroom with shower and bath amenities. The house provides two connecting bedrooms with double beds & orthopedic mattresses, offering more comfort during relaxation and sleep. The second bedroom has an in-room toilet with easy-shower and a second door that leads to the front yard.
The house follows an eco-character, sensible to the environment, uses A+ class electric equipment and provides recycling bin and additional bin for waste.
Iokasti villa offers also a beautifully decorated yard with dining tables, sunbeds and an outdoor shower, a hot tub Jacuzzi (from April 2016)ideal for sunbathing and relaxationduring day time and for enjoying a romantic candlelight dinner before the nightout.
The villa operates throughout the year and welcomes families, friends and couples that wish to be close to the town center however, far from noises and crowds, since the villa is located at a traditional and quiet neighborhood of the village.

Iokasti

Good central location in Fira - easy walk to town. Hosts were very good and responded promptly to communications. Property was clean and well maintained. Private patio was awesome.

Hidden gem!!

Amazing property!! Cutest little Villa in the heart of Fira. Amalia was the best host. She met us at check in and was very responsive by text for all of our needs. The house was walking distance to the heart of the town; great great great location! Everything was clean, we had daily housekeeping, and a working AC unit in each room. 10/10 would recommend and we hope to come back and stay again.

If staying in Fira stay here!

Our experience was amazing. Could not ask for a better first place to stay on a long trip. The place was great and fit our needs. The location is right near everything you might need. But far enough from the busiest streets. Bus stop is right around the corner. The place and outdoor space were wonderful. The host truly made the experience. Sofia was kind, friendly, helpful. Her and this place set the bar high for our future vrbo experiences
