Our clean and bright, three bedroom apartment situated on the shores of Lake Annecy is the perfect base for a family, couple or small group of friends to enjoy the endless outdoor activities in one of the most beautiful parts of Europe. The apartment is particularly suited for keen golfers as the Golf course is just 200m from the apartment. It's also half a kilometre away from the paragliding school

We are a Scottish / Austrian family with 2 young boys. We are keen outdoor people and live in the main house, above the apartment.

Why they chose this property

Very private and quiet surrounded by nature. It is equidistant between Menthon and Talloires and benefits from both amenities.

What makes this property unique

The main apartment has kitchen / living space, a master bedroom, children's bedroom with a single bed and shower room. The third bedroom has two single beds and en-suite shower room and is accessed via a separate door adjacent to the main apartment. The apartment is surrounded by a well-kept garden with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
