NEW KING WALL BED!! Romantic lakefront studio condominium on Payette Lake. 3rd level end unit condo with gorgeous lake view. Full kitchen, breakfast bar, and lakefront patio. 43" smart TV with YouTube TV and your accounts. Community gas grill for meal preparation (Summer only). Heated swimming pool (Summer only) and beach access. Cozy gas fireplace for cold winter days and nights. Close to town! Community Laundry Room located by gas grill and picnic table. There is a 2 person maximum for this unit. Strict rules of the Timberlake HOA do not allow guests to invite family or friends over to use the facility. This allows for a more intimate and enjoyable experience for renters and owners, alike.

Lovely stay as always! Timberlake has always been a favorite of ours and this condo ranks as one of the best! It is open and airy with large trees to shade it from the evening sun. The views are spectacular! We love the work that has been put in to update this condo and the comfy king size murphy bed is a a huge bonus! Lucky us... we got to witness a pretty spectacular sunset!

Fabulous Get Away

Fabulous property that is private with easy access to downtown. Great property with a fabulous beach. The unit had everything we needed to relax, cook, and stage our outdoor excursions.

The room was comfortable. Loved the deck and view. We found the living area quite dark, however, both because of the decor and lack of adequate lighting, which made it difficult to read or play games. It was very clean and the manager was kind and helpful.

Perfect space for a group of friends

We had a wonderful stay and the space was perfect for us (it was a girls' weekend trip and we spent a lot of time chatting and catching up). The lack of privacy and small space might deter those looking for a place for two sets of couples to stay, or maybe people with kids. However, we loved being able to "slumber party" and spend the time together. Very reasonably priced, especially for McCall and filled with every amenity would could have asked for. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Place!

My wife and I stayed in the studio for three nights and had a wonderful time. The unit was very clean and well supplied. There were plenty blankets, towels and kitchen supplies. The murphy bed was a little smaller then the pull out sofa bed, we opted for the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. We had a small balcony with a couple chairs and a table, and a beautiful view! The entire complex was well kept and very clean. Bob and Cheri were very nice and quick to respond to any questions we had. We hope to return in the not so far future. David and Jennie

We had a fabulous time in this Timberlake condo. The location is ideal for lake activities and short walks to town or nearby Ponderosa State Park. The condo is well supplied with everything you need for a relaxing stay on the lake. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and Bob and Cheri are welcoming hosts. We will stay here again.

Lovely Condo on the Lake

Immaculate and comfortable condo and property - nearby but far enough away from the activity of the town. Very quiet, beautiful view of Payette Lake. Murphy bed is very comfortable but may be a consideration for some. We would not hesitate to book again!

Lakefront condo

The listing stoats the unit is a 1 bedroom however it is a studio. The king size bed is very comfortable. The only negative is that the sofa is a hide a bed and is uncomfortable. The seat cushions continually slide to the front of the sofa. Replace the sofa with something comfortable.

McCall homecoming vacation

Cute studio apartment, very clean and well stocked. It has a wonderful lake view, and the beach area was perfect for soaking up some early fall sun. Close to downtown McCall and the state park. We'll be back someday.
