This Luxury Chalet comprises 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with views of the Pleney slopes.
The heart of the chalet is the large comfortable living area and open plan dining room. The dining room is linked to the kitchen with a breakfast bar perfect for an evening of social dining. The sun terrace leads to a large outdoor hot tub with fabulous mountain views.
Downstairs is a large garage with parking for 2 cars or a table tennis table if you prefer. The equipment store has ski racks and boot warmers.
Outside is off the road parking for 5-6 cars

Why they chose this property

This is a modern luxury chalet finised to a very high standard. Ideally located on the free shuttle between the Ardent cable car and Morzine. The Super Morzine lift is a 10 minute walk on the flat. Private shuttles can also be arranged.

What makes this property unique

Large outdoor hot tub, spacious ensuite bedrooms some with balconies and cosy, social living area with log fire.
Transfers from Geneva airport can be arranged.
lift Pass pre-booking can be arranged.
Shuttles to and from the slopes can be arranged.
Chalet can be catered fully or partially.
