Walking through the front door of 21 East Butte, guests are greeted by a spacious living room complete with lots of windows, cozy sofas and a wood burning fireplace. Vaulted ceilings create an airy sense of space in this room while the open concept floor plan transitions the living room seamlessly into the dining room and kitchen.

The extended dining room table is large enough to seat six at a time while the kitchen comes with all the extras a traveling chef could crave such as wrap-around countertops, modern appliances, and all of the cooking utensils you need to whip up your favorite meal.

When it’s time for rest and relaxation, choose your favorite of 3 large bedrooms. The King suite has an attached private bathroom with a private shower, cable TV and a DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and cable TV. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom.

With nearly 2,000 square feet of living space to enjoy in this home, guests will find their stay to not only be relaxing, but comfortable.

Head outside to enjoy the private hot tub and gas BBQ or pick up a game of ping pong in the garage. Guests are sure to enjoy the amenities of this lovely home. Take a bike ride to Fort Rock Park or anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

This home allows dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

Beautiful, clean, cozy, light-filled home, in beautiful neighborhood. All amenities provided and lots of opportunities to view baby mule deer, and stellar jay nest, right on the property!

Very fun house with ping pong table and plenty of space in the dining room and living room areas. There was no AC so it got pretty hot during the day but was manageable with all of the fans they provided!

This rental property was absolutely perfect. Everything was very clean, and the house was bigger than I thought it would be. The beds were super comfortable, and it was so fun having the hot tub and ping pong table. Will definitely be visiting again!

We only wished we could stay longer!

We had a small issue with the dishwasher and the property manager was quick to respond. The house was clean and nice, we enjoyed riding bikes and winding down in the hot tub.

Super cozy, quiet, perfect access to bike path and can’t believe we had access to 4 bikes, ping pong table and hot tub. A real hit! Cozy living room for movies every night. And great communication with rental company. No problems at all! Plan to stay here again. Clean. Lovely!

This was one of the best places I've ever had the pleasure of staying in for a vacation! The house was just like the photos and the description online. There were instructions for appliances, tv and some tour guides. There were no issues with check in or out. Overall it was a great experience! So clean and welcoming and also a great location to get away from it all and be closer to nature! Totally can't wajt to come back again in the future!
