The arrival process you describe is not the experience we aim to provide, and we will review both the procedure and how it is communicated to ensure it is clearer and more efficient. Regarding parking, we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you encountered. This is not the experience we want for our guests. We will make sure to clarify parking guidance more explicitly, including where not to park and potential winter conditions, to help prevent situations like the one you faced. We also acknowledge your comments on access to skiing, snow clearance, building noise, and wayfinding within the property. These concerns have been registered and will be communicated to building management due to their impact on the overall guest experience. While some aspects relate to the wider property and location rather than the apartment itself, we recognize that this still affects your stay. Your feedback is important and will lead to clearer communication and improvements where possible. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

To offer the best options for groups on all budgets, many of our 2 bedroom apartments also have sofa beds so that they can sleep up to 6 people.
