"La Casa de Brunete" is a holiday home with reference number VT-2077, featuring a 3,700 m² lot, a fenced-in pool, spacious landscaped and paved areas, barbecue grills, a 220 m² single-story house, a covered porch, outdoor bathrooms, and private parking. This home is surrounded by a spacious lot where nature guarantees relaxation, with all the amenities:<br><br>LA CASA DE BRUNETE (sleeps 14)<br><br>• 1 double suite-style bedroom (en-suite bathroom).<br>• 1 double bedroom.<br>• 1 room measuring 26 m³, separated by a sliding partition, featuring:<br> - 2 triple bunk beds (90×200).<br> - 2 double bunk beds (90×180).<br>• Bathroom with two facing hydromassage showers.<br>• En suite bathroom with shower.<br>• Private fenced-in pool, barbecue area, outdoor bathrooms, outdoor paved area, private parking.<br><br><br>Travellers can choose to make this accommodation their base while exploring the capital’s city centre, delving into the Prado-Recoletos cultural corridor, or they can opt to discover the region’s lesser-known natural landscapes. <br><br>We can visit the Dehesa del Sacedón, the holm oak forests of Las Rozas and Sevilla la Nueva, or see where the Guadarrama’s tributaries flow through the town of Majadahonda. <br><br>In the middle reaches of the Guadarrama River, the landscapes also feature lush riparian and Mediterranean-style forests; numerous routes and trails criss-cross the region, where you can also visit well-preserved castles and towers such as the 15th-century Batres Castle, Villaviciosa Castle, or the spectacular tower in Arroyomolinos. <br><br>In the Western Mountains, it’s worth trying some traditional dishes such as “patatas revolconas,” “bollos de San Blas,” and organic honey.<br><br>In addition to the main house, we have two fully equipped, newly opened apartments!! “Suite Polaris” and “Magma Apartment.”<br><br>These are located on the same property, with separate entrances, and each apartment can accommodate up to 6 and 2 people, respectively.<br><br>"Polaris Suite" is ideal for couples; it’s located on the ground floor and offers incredible views of the grounds, gardens, and pool. It’s an exclusive, avant-garde space equipped with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed, a living area integrated into the bedroom with designer decor and furniture, a full bathroom with a shower, a walk-in closet, and a relaxation area featuring a kitchenette with all the necessary utensils for breakfast or a light snack. <br><br>On the ground floor, with direct access from the property, is the “Magma Apartment,” an ideal space for up to 6 people, featuring two double bedrooms with full-size beds, one of which includes a built-in double sleeper sofa.
