Villa Paprika is amazing! It had every amenity you could hope for and the location on Grace Bay was perfect for our group of 11. It was on a quiet stretch of beach by Smith’s Reef. We loved snorkeling every day and even swam with turtles. Every night we enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck for sunset celebration. It was great that you could walk to several restaurants and we went to Sharkbites a few times to watch the World Cup games. This house really has it all, we hope to be back soon. Thank you to the host and staff who helped make sure our stay was so perfect.

The house was exactly what was shown online. Beautifully decorated and so comfortbale. 100 different places to hang out! No bad rooms - all kings, all en-suite, all with views! A beautiful perfect view from the oceanfront seating. The ocean and pool were so warm and the water was so clear! Snorkel 6 houses to the left to see the most fish - we also swam with huge turtles. Great dinners at Baci and coco bistro. The management co was EXCELLENT and so fast and attentive with any issues we asked about. They even welcomed us with fun drinks at the house. A perfect week for us with our 3 adult kids and their partners. We wouldn’t change a thing.

Fabulous home and holiday

Turtle Cove (aka Villa Paprika) was perfect for our long-planned multigenerational family holiday. Beautiful, comfortable, clean, well-stocked and well-located right on the beach. Jona, our management agent, was responsive throughout the booking process and throughout our stay. Great memories!

My family of 12 stayed here and it is an absolutely beautiful, gorgeous home!! Our family has a wide range of ages from 81 to 3 and it was PERFECT!! From the moment we drove into the gates, welcomed by a yummy fruit drink, to the 30 second walk to the beach and the awesome sitting decks if you aren’t physically able to walk in the deep sand made it perfect for all of us!! The pool is large and there are lots of beach towels, with pool and beach toys to use! Only thing you need is your suit and LOTS of sunscreen!!! The 3-4 washing machines and 4-5 clothes dryers made it so easy for washing clothes and swim suits for 12 people!!! Our family didn’t eat out much, but it has a great grill. The ONlY thing the kitchen could use is maybe a crockpot. (Our family likes to put on a meal and when we come in our supper is 90% prepared). Other than that the kitchen is very well stocked, and with the 2 coffee pots we definitely used both!! The only other advice I’d give to a family is the grocery store is very close to the house….. but groceries are extremely expensive. So, be prepared for price shock…. like 3 times higher than in USA!!! It was an awesome trip with great memories and we loved it!!

Awesome Property

We came with 82 year old mom and large extended family. All loved the place, is as advertized with great Convenience design touches and small features that make you stay extremely enjoyable. Of note beach to swim in easier is a short walk but in front of the place ia a great beach it just is rocky in the water, shortly to the left is an amazing reef for snorkling, tons of widlife and bigger fish, like turtles, and a harmless shark :), we had one issue while there and the staff handled it beautifully!

Best House We've Ever Rented

We stayed at Paprika Villa in June of 2019. This house is the best house we've ever rented! It is right on the beach. The rooms are all spacious and the king beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for large groups. The pool is the perfect size. They cleaned the house 3 times while we were there. This place is immaculate, and close enough to get to all the main attractions on Provo. I highly recommend this house to anyone!
